Don’t miss Cape Charles’ 4th of July events starting with the parade and ending with the fireworks! The parade starts at 9:00 am - show up with your golf cart, bike, antique car or tractor decorated for the parade. Or watch from the sidelines as the parade passes and be ready with a bag since candy is thrown to the kids from the parade participants. Mid-day is the showing of the Sandlot at the Place Theater - free to the public and sponsored by the Vacation Homeowners of Cape Charles. End the night with fireworks set off in the harbor, with several good spots to view either from the harbor side or the beach.
