Our 93 year old Cape Charles Home has charm and character with updated fixtures and appliances. The home features 4 Bedrooms with a king size bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Twin Beds. It has 2 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom. It has 2 living spaces for your family to enjoy, as well as an outdoor space for entertaining. Outside you have access to a grill, dining table, fire pit and fenced in backyard for dogs and kids! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in front porch! Walking distance to the historic downtown Cape Charles and the Community Park. We are 7 blocks back from the beach and Golf Cart Friendly! We are a family of 6 living in VA Beach. We love Cape Charles and have been visiting for 6 years. We love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

We love spending time with our 4 Kids and 3 Dogs! Our home "The Riley Roo" is named after our sweet pup that passed away in 2021. Our home is Dog Friendly and we hope you have a comfortable stay knowing your whole family is with you!
