621 Jefferson Ave was purchased by the Hardison Family in 2013 and immediately underwent a complete renovation (and re-configuration!). The goal was to maximize the modest size and allow the property to function like a much larger home, while maintaining the original style and charm. The renovation was completed in 2014. Over the years, we have expanded the outdoor space to include a patio and playset for children. Our family has made many memories in Cape Charles, and we welcomed our first VRBO guests in the fall of 2017. Since then, we have enjoyed sharing all the town has to offer with others.
